Capacities hails from New Jersey, a state known for hurricanes, "beat down" hardcore, and guidos. But what the Garden State is criminally lesser known for is the solid list of disjointed post-punk bands that paved a way for that hip internet term, "skramz".

Sincere and unapologetic, Capacities is a four-piece hardcore band featuring members of Black Kites, You And I, and The Saddest Landscape. They present their own style of aggressive emotional hardcore that separates them without compromising their relevance. With songs entering and exiting close to the one-minute mark, their debut 10", "There is No Neutral", is sure to shine a different light on what New Jersey is capable of producing.
