RETURNS:
All returns for refund must be preauthorized via email. Do not send returns back without preauthorization as they will not be refunded.
Deathwish Inc can usually provide a refund if:
- Media (LPs, CDs, cassettes, etc.) must be undamaged / unopened / unplayed.
- Clothing must be unworn and unwashed and in its original condition.
- Requests for return must be made within 30 days of the date the order shipped.
All products are subject to inspection once we receive them; a refund will only be initiated once the item(s) are received in our warehouse, inspected, and determined eligible. To begin the return process, please reach out to us at orders@deathwishinc.com. Please include your order number in the subject line and a detailed description of your request.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted for all returned products.
*** Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. ***
Vinyl orders with Shipping Protection are not eligible for return as the vinyl has been opened for shipment.
*** Gift Cards are NOT eligible for return or refund ***
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item (commonly a different size garment) please reach out to us at: orders@deathwishinc.com to get the process started. Please include your order number in the subject line and a detailed description of your request. You will need to send the current item back to us (we do not cover shipping costs) and place a new order for the item you want to exchange for.

All Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the package ship date.
