  • Orders that do not contain any preorder items usually ship within 1-5 business days (that means weekends don't count!).

  • You will receive a shipment notification via email with tracking information once a shipment is processed.

    • If it has been over 5 business days, no items in your order have a preorder date or estimated ship date range, and you have not received a shipment notification email - please reach out to us at Please include your order number in the subject line.

  • The shipping option you choose indicates that carrier's handling time, not the processing time of Deathwish Inc. Our order processing time is typically within 5-7 business days  except in the case of a preorder item or an item with an estimated ship date range listed.

  • Orders ship solely to the address in the "Ship To" section of your order (not in the notes section, PayPal, or otherwise).

  • If an item is returned to us as undeliverable we will need to charge additional shipping fees to re-send the package.

  • Deathwish Inc. cannot be held liable for packages that are lost en route.
    If this is a concern, please consider adding  Shipping Protection to your order.

Store order support emails are answered Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm EST. We strive to reply as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-3 business days for a reply.

Please contact: as soon as possible to request a cancellation or request a change to your order or shipping address. Please include your order number in the subject line and provide a detailed description of your request.

Some changes are not able to be made after one hour from order placement.

If you are requesting a change to your order or shipping address and we are able to accomodate the request we will always confirm in an email reply to you that the change has been made. If you do not receive a reply, we likely did not receive the email.

Please note: We cannot cancel or make changes to an order once it has shipped.


Deathwish Inc can usually provide a refund if:

  • Media (LPs, CDs, cassettes, etc.) must be undamaged / unopened / unplayed.
  • Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Requests for return must be made within 30 days of the date you received it. 

All products are subject to inspection once we receive them; a refund will only be initiated once the item(s) are received in our warehouse, inspected, and determined eligible. ** Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. **


If you need to exchange an item (commonly a different size garment) please reach out to us at: to get the process started. Please include your order number in the subject line and a detailed description of your request. You will need to send the current item back to us (we do not cover shipping costs) and place a new order for the item you want to exchange for.

In an effort to provide more safety, assurance, and insurance for our customers, we are happy to offer Shipping Protection for your package as an add-on, which provides the following:

  • Protection from damage to any product in your order
       For vinyl this includes seam splits and dinged or bent corners.
       Vinyl will be shipped outside the jacket for safe delivery.
  • Protection from items lost in transit

*Replacement provided only if item is in stock. Otherwise, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment or store credit via digital gift card.

Please include the following in your claim:

  • Order number
  • Item Name
  • Description of issue
  • Photos of issue

What is Not Covered:

  • Missing packages or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.
  • Issues with freebies in an order
  • Delays in transit: e.g., severe weather conditions and other service disruptions.
  • Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with the courier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments,  we are not held liable for any re-shipment fees and the package is not considered lost.

Shipping Protection is non-refundable

Our return for refund policy is 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If it has been over 30 days since you recieved your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

*Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.*

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether a refund has been initiated.
  • If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
    Please note: Depending on your banking institution this can take up to 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to verify there are no pending deposits.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you think this is you - please check our FAQ on "Damaged or Defective Products" and/ or "What is Shipping Protection / How Do I File a Claim?" (if you purchased Shipping Protection for your order).


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if a return is approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will only be for the item(s) being returned.

If you are shipping a return for an item valued over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Preorders are items that are available for purchase ahead of the product being in house and ready to ship - this can vary from a couple weeks to several months early - you will be charged at time of purchase.

  • When we can, we ship preorders up to one week before release date. We truly apologize if your preorder arrives slightly late, but we cannot prevent all shipping delays. Manufacturing and production delays can occasionally result in a change in the estimated ship date for a preorder item. Please check the product page for any changes to the estimated ship date.
  • All items in an order ship together; please plan on this if your shipment includes a preorder item.
    • If you do not want to wait for your other items you are free to place two separate orders - one with the preorder and another with the already available item(s).

We highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase a frame prior to receiving your print as the measurements can vary slightly.It is best practice to purchase a frame, especially a custom frame, with the print in hand. We are not responsible for prints that do not fit frames.

12" Prints and Smaller:
Prints which are 12" or smaller in dimension are double packaged in high quality Stay Flat Envelopes. If rolled shipping is preferred we suggest ordering an additional Kraft tube at checkout.

24" Prints and Larger:
Prints which are 24" or larger in dimension ship rolled in USPS and/or FedEx Triangular tubes at no additional cost to you. For added protection in transit, we suggest ordering an additional Kraft tube at checkout.

Vinyl Color Variants:

Vinyl colors can vary and most product pages have a mockup photo displayed as, due to manufacturing time, we rarely have the vinyl in hand at time of release. If you believe you have received the  wrong color record please check the product page first, and if you still believe you received the incorrect color reach out to us at with a photo of the record you received.

"My vinyl skips!":

Skipping is often related to a turntable rather than the record, so consider adjusting the tone arm first. If the problem persists, please reach out to with a picture or video and description of the problem in action.

"My record is noisy?!"

  • You may need to clean your record prior to playing.
  • Some albums contain lower fidelity recordings than others, and the record may be noisy but accurately represent the source material.
  • If you cleaned and compared the record and it's still too noisy, please contact us at

Occasionally customers receive items that are defective in some way; if you have an issue please let us know:

The dimensions below are approximated as variations may occur. All sizes use a "Length x Width" formula, displayed in inches. Garments are measured flat across the chest and under the sleeve area. Note that "soft style" brands (Tultex, Gildan Softstyle, etc) tend to run slimmer than standard brands (Gildan, Gildan Hammer, Comfort Colors, etc). A majority of our items are printed on Tultex brand or equivalent (depending on mill availability). Items printed on specific premium brands are identified in their product description.
