Prize Pack Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
Prize Pack Contest (“Contest”) is open to participants who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who reside in a country where participation is legal and not prohibited by law. Employees of Deathwish Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Contest Period:
The Contest ends on September 21st at 11:59pm (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be eligible.

3. How to Enter:
To enter the Contest, participants must complete the following steps:

• Visit the official Contest website.
• Follow the instructions to fill out the entry form, providing accurate and complete information.
• Agree to these Contest Terms and Conditions.
• Submit the entry form during the Contest Period.

Each participant may submit only one entry. Any attempt to submit multiple entries by the same participant may result in disqualification.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries. The winner will receive a  Prize Pack. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered.

5. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Deathwish Inc. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days after the drawing date. The winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, another winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, the winner grants Deathwish Inc. the right to use their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:
Deathwish Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems to be incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or in violation of these Contest Terms and Conditions. Deathwish Inc. also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability:
By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Deathwish Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of the prize.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Beverly, Massachusetts.

By participating in the Mad Honey Prize Pack Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Contest Terms and Conditions.
