Fighting Music was a collaborative CD compilation series founded by Deathwish in 2001. The goal of the series was to partner with like minded labels to bring awareness to our collective rosters of bands. With "Fighting Music: 1", Deathwish teamed up with Bridge 9 and Thorp labels. The release was handed out for free at summer hardcore/punk festivals all over the U.S. and Europe. Bands featured on Fighting Music 01 included Converge, Boysetsfire, The Dedication, Damage, Jesuseater, No Warning, American Nightmare, Breakdown, North Side Kings, and more.
