In an effort to provide more safety, assurance, and insurance for our customers, we are happy to offer Shipping Protection for your package as an add-on, which provides the following:
- Protection from damage to any product in your order
For vinyl this includes seam splits and dinged or bent corners.
Vinyl will be shipped outside the jacket for safe delivery. - Protection from items lost in transit
*Replacement provided only if item is in stock. Otherwise, we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment or store credit via digital gift card.
In the event that something is damaged or lost you can file a Shipping Protection Claim by contacting us at: orders@deathwishinc.com
Please include the following in your claim:
- Order number
- Item Name
- Description of issue
- Photos of issue
What is Not Covered:
- Missing packages or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by you.
- Issues with freebies in an order
- Delays in transit: e.g., severe weather conditions and other service disruptions.
- Orders stuck in customs - we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with the courier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not held liable for any re-shipment fees and the package is not considered lost.
Shipping Protection is non-refundable; vinyl orders with Shipping Protection are not eligible for return as the vinyl has been opened for shipment.
Deathwish Inc. is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items in the absence of Shipping Protection.
All claims must be made (or initiated) within 30 days from package delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are located outside the US and we need to replace your item due to damage, you will need to mail the original back at your own expense.
