We highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase a frame prior to receiving your print as the measurements can vary slightly. It is best practice to purchase a frame, especially a custom frame, with the print in hand. We are not responsible for prints that do not fit frames.

12" Prints and smaller: Prints which are 12" or smaller in dimension are double packaged in high quality Stay Flat Envelopes. If rolled shipping is preferred we suggest ordering an additional Kraft tube at checkout.

24" Prints and larger: Prints which are 24" or larger in dimension ship rolled in USPS and/or FedEx Triangular tubes at no additional cost to you. For added protection in transit, we suggest ordering an additional Kraft tube at checkout.
