Dallas-based, ethereal indie project Last Days of Heaven. Juan Vargas, a Texas-based multi-instrumentalist, is stepping into new sonic territory with his upcoming EP, Out of Body.

This introspective, kaleidoscopic EP blends raw, bedroom-recorded intimacy with expansive, emotionally rich soundscapes. It can be described as melancholic, hazy, and pessimistic, diving deep into themes of aging, guilt, and the struggle to let go of the past. Produced entirely by Juan and mixed by Nick Bassett (Whirr, Deafheaven), Out of Body spans over a year of meticulous experimentation, with standout tracks like “The Night Comes For You,” reflecting the artist’s journey of self-discovery and creative evolution.
