San Francisco's Dissolve formed in late 2013, reuniting Inna Kurikova and Blaine Patrick from their previous endeavor, the acclaimed but short-lived Modern Charms. Taking cues from the pensive shoegazing sound of the early 90Ís, as well as elements of noise and electronic music, Dissolve's debut release delivers infectious pop songs wrapped inside blankets of dreamy haziness.
