We use heavy duty mailers made specifically for shipping all of our vinyl.
Our vinyl orders are packaged neatly and securely in these heavy duty mailers.
It's not good that it got damaged in transit, however once it leaves DWHQ, we have no control as to what happens to a package.
These things happen.

For what it's worth it's a minimal percentage of international orders that run into issues.
Once they leave DWHQ, a great majority get where they need to go in near record time.
