Where do I start with this band, What's the heaviest record?

"Realm Of Chaos" followed by "Warmaster".
Depends if you like their early blasting stuff or the latter mid tempo material.

I celebrate their entire catalog.
One of my favorite Metal oriented bands of all time.

i love the midtempo stuff the most, so here's a few thoughts on those albums:

top 3 favorites.

the ivth crusade (1992) super moody, probably has some of their slowest riffs, ritual and spearhead are good representative songs.

those once loyal (2005) the clearest/fullest sounding recording, a little more uptempo than ivth crusade. salvo, the killchain.

for victory (1994) when i think heavy ass slow breakdown i think of the riff at 2:10 of remembrance. when i think driving chuggy midtempo jams i think of the one at 1:50 in ...for victory. super solid album.

outliers:

mercenary (1998) has some of my favorite songs (to the last... and powder burns are pretty next level) but it has less of the fast double kick than usual so it can fell a little samey.

honor valor pride (2001) very tinny production to my ear, good riffs as always but just sounds like they were going for more of an old school swedish death metal sound. has a different singer, if that matters to you.
