do any good ones exist? i'm so, so sick of reading the prp, metalsucks, and noisecreep. they cover some of the shittiest bands almost exclusively, and when they cover someone good (who's somewhat larger of course) like converge, coalsece, or dillinger, they hardly offer anything intelligent or interesting.

Seriously. Probably the only publication of any kind that knows what I like before I even know it.

Not the biggest fan of the prp redesign, even after being a fan of that site for years. I believe half of the bands they post are an inside joke of the nu metal era.

Lambgoat interviews, reviews, and the user comments never fail to amuse me. The sons and daughters of the Iron Shiek.

i try to stay atop of shit on www.bringonmixedreviews.com my friend covers most of the non metal/hardcore shit and i cover most of the hardcore shit, i tend to put attention on reviews more so than news but i can change that haha.

Ever since absolutepunk hired Alex, a lot of good hardcore and metal news has been posted. Not a huge fan of lambgoat, but for no specific reason. the prp and metalsucks are good sites. not a fan of blabbermouth very much.
