Ryan is no stranger to the hardcore world. He has been involved in the community for well over 15 years, playing in bands The Elgin James Band, Some Kind Of Hate, Daltonic, The Casual Lean, Supermachiner, and more. Most recently, he has been playing in the local area band, Blackspot.
In recent years, he has been training extensively in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, placing in grappling tournaments all over New England. He is also a prominent member of the Boneyard MMA team. He has also been involved behind the scenes at many local area MMA events, gaining the "Behind The Scenes MVP" award from massmma.net in 2K6.
